FLEXTRA™ SL 332

Type of Adhesive Polyurethane pre-polymer.

Product Benefits FLEXTRA SL332 is a pre-polymer polyurethanic isocyanate designed to


be used in a two parts lamination system. Flextra SL332 must be
combined with solvent free reactant (polyol). The combined system (pre-
polymer and polyol) shows high curing speed with a long pot-life and
excellent wettability, providing high process speed.

Typical Applications Recommended for lamination of multilayer flexible packaging. Please,


check with our technical department the available options of correactants
for FLEXTRA SL332 and the proper mix ratio for each combination.

Suitable Substrates The combined system can be used for laminating printed and unprinted,
transparent or metallized structures, aluminum foil, PET, cellophane film,
BOPA, PE, PP cast and BOPP.

Cleaning Instructions Any uncured residue should be removed mechanically or using an


absorbent material. Residues can be cleaned with polyurethane grade
solvent (ethyl acetate or MEK).

Storage Conditions It can be stored safely in their original unopened containers, within the
shelf-life (available in the COA). Opened containers should be fully
consumed. Contact with moisture should be avoided by storing sealed
packages.

Additional Instrucions It is recommended that the converter does his own lamination trials and
tests before the production.
