PIPING, INSULATION & MECAHNICAL TENDER - OSBL & ISBL

Item Description

A Tenderer shall allow herein the cost related to the items as described in "Scope of
Works", "Conditions of Contract for Construction (General Conditions, Appendix
to Tender and Particular Conditions)" and elsewhere within this Tender Documents.

B Project Management, Construction/Site Management, Site Supervision and all other

necesary support personnel. Mobilisation, Maintainance and Demobilisation of Contractor's Temporary/Site
Facilities such as construction access and etc.

C Temporary Utilities (power, lighting, gases, waste disposal/sewage etc.)

necessary for the timely, safe and proper execution of the Works, including
(but not limited to) all necessary installation, maintenance, removal/reinstatement
upon completion, liaison with local athorities, payment of all fees, charges etc.
as applicable. Communication Facilities, including (but not limited to) all necessary equipment
(including intrinsically safe where required), licences, liaison with local authorities,
fees/charges, or the like.

D Health, Safety and Environmental Facilities, including (but not limited to) all necessary
personnel protective equipment (PPE) with Client requirement, safety harness,
induction of workers, training, incentive/reward schemes, drug testing, or the like
(including slope stability enhancement). Scaffolding, Access Equipment or the like
(other than already included as direct costs within the unit rates). Erection shall
be supervised by registered competent safety personnel.
COVID-19 PANDEMIC PROTOCOL TO BE FOLLOWED AS PER CLIENT REQUIREMENT

E Housekeeping, including wash ramp and all necessary personnel, equipment,

containers, removal from site, safe disposal etc. Security, including (but not limited to)
all necessary personnel, administration, time-keeping systems for Contractor's temporary structures,
fences, and the like.

F Documentation (other than already included as direct costs within the unit rates),
including (but not limited to) all necessary personnel (management already included
above), storage facilities (fire-safe where appropriate), equipment (including
reprographic equipment), database management, or the like.
Progress Monitoring, Control and Reporting, including (but not limited to) daily site
records, progress reports, work schedules, or the like.
Daily dial inches completion progress for piping shall be submitted

G All the site execution drawings and as-built drawing for piping
Three (3) sets of hard copy and three (3) sets of soft copy in USB upon completion of the Works.

H Insurances
Contractors' All Risks (CAR)
Workmen's Compensation (WC) - contractor to quote

I Contract Document's Stamp Duty Fee "Notaris" (three (3) copies)

J Any other items not mentioned above, but need to be priced in to fullfill the
requirements as stipulated within this Tender Documents: -
