INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1. The online procedure for confirmation of seat for admission to 1st Year
B.B.A.LL.B (Academic Year 2021-22) is outlined as under:

2. Candidates - Serial 01, of Admission List No 3: With declaration of Admission

List No 3, the offer of confirmed seat for admission to 1st Yr B.B.A.LL.B is open to
candidate in Admission List No- 3 as above. The concerned candidate is required to
confirm her seat by making payment of balance First Term Fee including One Time
Charges as per the ALC Prospectus 2021 (Less Rs. 25000/-) by 23.59 Hrs on 22 Nov
2021. Amount payable ₹ 1,28,551/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty-Eight Thousand Five
Hundred & Fifty One only). Allotted candidate may also opt to pay Full Fee of (AY
2021–22) ₹ 2,56,782/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Six Thousand, Seven Hundred & Eighty
Two Only) if desired.

3. After completing the fee payment, candidate must complete the COUNSELLING
FORM in the application login at Army Law College Pune Website
(htttps://alcpune.com) and complete Step VI & VII to obtain online confirmation slip of
admission. They should also intimate the acceptance of the seat offer and details of
the transaction by email to admission.alcpune@gmail.com, giving Candidates Name
& MH-CET Regn Number, Bank Name, Transaction No./ UID No./ Ledger ID No. (incase
Bank Transfer) with date.

4. THE CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION THROUGH COUNSELLING FORM IS

MANDATORY.

5. Reserve List Candidates – Nominated above shall be remain eligible as reserved

for allotment of vacant seats, if any, in their order of merit in case any seat falls vacant
for allotment till the cut-off date for admission, otherwise, the registration amount will
be refunded back after deducting the processing charge (Rs. 1000/-). Any reserve
candidate may also opt to withdraw as reserve by specifying the same in email to
admission.alcpune@gmail.com. The reserve list held on date of commencement of the
course shall automatically stand expired and the token amount of the candidates will
be refunded to the candidates as above.

6. Candidates are advised to use their registered email ID to communicate with

7. Method of Fee Payment :

(i). Using SBI Collect App Registered for ALC Pune: Use the link of 'Pay Fees'
under Students Menu on ALC Pune website. Use MH CET Regn No. for Roll
Number. No characters, eg. / , - : . # to be used while filing an address in SBI
Collect app. Link - https://alcpune.com/students/pay-fees/

(ii). NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS/ Bank Transfer: The payment can be made to ALC Pune
Fee Collect Account at SBI Dehu Road (Pune), Current Account Number:
38218088478, IFSC Code : SBIN0000569. Candidate’s First Name & CET Regn No.
should be included in remarks, eg. 'Ashok-4401212'

(iii). Intimation regarding all fee transactions shall be sent through email to
admission.alcpune@gmail.com only for College records. Transaction details
may be shared as WhatsApp messages, in addition to email, to the Registrar
(9168513509)/ Office Superintendent (7767927701) only.
