The book is about Junie's new mittens. Her father bought new mittens, for not good reason.
She showed her mittens to her best friend named Grace. She wore her new mittens entire the
morning and she showed to all children and her friend Lucile. Lucile said that her nanna had a
brand new-mink coal and her nanna can’t wear it outside the house because the people will
throw paint at her because the people love furry animal and don’t like them being made into
coats for nannas.

Junie Showed her mittens to the teacher and she said the mittens was so soft. After that, Junie
tapped to Lucile with her furry mittens and said “Hello, How are you today? I have for hands

Williams and her boyfriend. She skipped to Ricardo. So then the teacher when she saw the
table and she pulled off the mittens to Junie.

backpack because She didn’t find the mittens but the Principal said no.

colors and she decided not to return it because someone else stole her and that's why Junie
decided to take the pencil home. Then she thought first her mittens was stolen. And then I
couldn’t have the teddy backpack.

not want to return it. After that, when she got home she told her grandfather that they had to
go mittens store. Junie told him what happened at school. The Grandpa said that the store
there were no more because he had bought the last ones.

Junie jump to her and she said “You stoled them, you stoled my mittens. The girl said “I found
these mittens. They were right in the grass. And so I thought nobody wanted them”. So Junie
said I did!” I yelled. “I wanted them! My grandpa Miller bought them for no good reason”. After
that, the girl return the mittens.

The next day Junie went to the Lost and Found office and She saw again the teddy backpack but
took off the backpack and she put down the pencil in the lost and found box. Junie said “I am
not a crook,” She said kind of quiet and the grouchy typing lady heard and looked nicer at her.
She ruffled her hair. Then the lady said “No” “Of course you’re not a crook.”
