In connection with our letter number B-1611/MB.05/DJB.B/2021 dated December

31, 2021 regarding the Prohibition of Overseas Coal Sales, we hereby convey the following
matters:
1. companies holding PKP2B, Production Operation IUP, Production Operation IUPK, and
IUPK as Continuation of Contract/Agreement Operations as well as Transportation and
Sales Permit holders are prohibited from selling coal overseas from 1 to 31 January
2022;
2. based on the results of monitoring of coal supply and coal inventory

3. The revocation of the prohibition on coal sales abroad is carried out for PKP2B and
Production Operation IUP holders who have fulfilled the 2021 DMO of 100% or more;
