2. Venues/Platforms for Lessons and OLPs

• Lessons in the morning (07:55–12:25) will be conducted online. Students should refer to the
“Guidelines on Online-based Learning” (Circular 34) for the relevant arrangements.
• Unless otherwise specified, the OLP sessions will be held in school/ at an external venue. The venues
for different ECA groups/ OLP courses can be found in the Appendix.

3. Attendance
I. Attendance-Taking
• Attendance will be taken by the teachers-in-charge at 14:00
• Any student joining the OLP session after 14:30 will be marked as “ABSENT”

II. Application for Absence

• Students who are unable to attend the OLP session(s) should submit a parent letter to the
Headmistress for approval 3 working days prior to the OLP Days

4. Arrangements for OLPs

• Students should have lunch at home before coming to school for the OLP sessions.
• Please adhere to the following throughout the OLP sessions:
 Social distancing should be maintained at all times
 No eating or drinking is allowed
 Masks should be put on at all times
 Participants should sanitize their hands upon entering and leaving the venues
 Physical contact should be avoided as much as possible
• Students should be in their P.E. uniform during the OLP sessions.
• Students should return home immediately after the OLP sessions.
