Ingredients:
• 1 lb. peppers
• 300 ml vinegar
• 300 ml water
• 1 lb. pumpkin
• 9 g Onion
• 5 g garlic
• 25 g salt
• 16 g sugar
Method:
1. Peel and deseed pumpkin, wash peppers, onions, and garlic
6. Add vinegar and heat to 85 degrees Celsius stirring constantly and hold for 5
minutes.
