HOME MADE BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
10 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 tbsp.
Baking Powder
2 tbsp. Yeast
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Salt
4 tbsp. Powdered Milk (dairy dairy)
6 tbsp. Lard
6 tbsp Butter
Warm Water to mix

METHOD
 Add all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Work in fat until it looks like fine
bread crumbs.
 Add warm water and knead until smooth.
 Allow to proof until double in size. Punch down and make into desired roll or
bread.
 Bake at 325F until drown. Cool before cutting.
 NB. ½ Cup Bran can be added to the dry ingredients.
 Recipe dough yields:
 21bs Large Pans
 1 1/21b. Medium Pans
 11b. Small Pans
COCONUT BAKE

9- Cups flour
1 -Grated
coconut
1 tbsp. sugar
1- tbsp. salt
1 -tbsp. yeast
2- Tsp baking
powder
3- tbsp. butter
3- tbsp. lard
Warm water for mixing
METHOD
 GRATE COCONUT
 RUB FATS INTO FLOUR
 ADD ALL OTHER DRY INGREDIENTS
 ADD GRATED COCONUT, MIX TOGETHER WITH WATER TO FORM A SMOOTH
DOUGH
 ALLOW TO RELAX, DIVIDE INTO 3 DOUGH BALLS
 ROLL OUT ¼ 'THICK AND PUT ON A SHEET PAN
 PRICK WITH FOLK
 ALLOW TO RISE FOR 15 MINUTES
 PREHEAT OVEN
 BAKE AT 325 UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
