INGREDIENTS:
10 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 tbsp.
Baking Powder
2 tbsp. Yeast
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Salt
4 tbsp. Powdered Milk (dairy dairy)
6 tbsp. Lard
6 tbsp Butter
Warm Water to mix
METHOD
Add all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Work in fat until it looks like fine
bread crumbs.
Add warm water and knead until smooth.
Allow to proof until double in size. Punch down and make into desired roll or
bread.
Bake at 325F until drown. Cool before cutting.
NB. ½ Cup Bran can be added to the dry ingredients.

21bs Large Pans
1 1/21b. Medium Pans
11b. Small Pans
COCONUT BAKE
9- Cups flour
1 -Grated
coconut
1 tbsp. sugar
1- tbsp. salt
1 -tbsp. yeast
2- Tsp baking
powder
3- tbsp. butter
3- tbsp. lard
Warm water for mixing
METHOD
GRATE COCONUT
RUB FATS INTO FLOUR
ADD ALL OTHER DRY INGREDIENTS
ADD GRATED COCONUT, MIX TOGETHER WITH WATER TO FORM A SMOOTH
DOUGH
ALLOW TO RELAX, DIVIDE INTO 3 DOUGH BALLS
ROLL OUT ¼ 'THICK AND PUT ON A SHEET PAN
PRICK WITH FOLK
ALLOW TO RISE FOR 15 MINUTES
PREHEAT OVEN
BAKE AT 325 UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
