INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Butter (Soft)
4 ½ Cup Icing sugar (Sifted)
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
3 Tbsp Milk
METHOD
In a bowl cream butter for five minutes and half the amount of icing
sugar until fully mixed then add the other half to mixture and repeat the
creaming process.
Add milk and essence, mix together until smooth and creamy
N.B When adding colour to frosting, use gel food colouring to keep the
smooth texture.
