Subject: SSHAI Vehicle Sticker and RFID Installation 2022

Dear Residents and Tenants,

Please be informed that a new set of RFID enabled booms have been installed at the Main avenue
as well as the Cabuyao and Santa Rosa Residential gates. A dedicated RFID sticker will be placed
in front of your vehicle so that the Transponder will be able to read the sticker in your vehicle with in
5 feet of distance. You can choose to have your Autosweep ( SLEX) RFID sticker registered
instead if you do not want an additional RFID sticker.

The traditional Blue colored SSHAI 2022 sticker will also be installed as a means to identify the
vehicle in the event of Black out or if the RFID transponder is non-operational.

As such,please be guided of the full implementation guidelines of 2022 SSHAI stickers and RFID
for residential and commercial lot owners effective 05 February 2022

1. For the Main gate, A dedicated lane ( right lane) for residents and commercial tenants with
Stickers will be designated.
For both Cabuyao and Santa Rosa Gates, the gate to your right will be the main entry
points where the RFID transponders are located. We will now begin to operate the Exit
gates once again.
2. Installation will commence February 07 Monday to Saturday from 9Am to 4PM until February
19.

3. Requirements for registration are copy of Vehicle’s registration such as Official Receipts
(OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) and a duly accomplished application form which is
available at the SSHA ADMIN office.

4. Our Security personnel will then place the Blue stickers on the driver’s lower side of the
windshield for standard application while the RFID stickers will be placed in the right side of
the headlights or use the existing Auto sweep RFID stickers
5. The following are the cost of stickers:
Residential: 200 Pesos
Commercial: 300 Pesos
RFID 300 Pesos

6. Early bird payment will get 2 free stickers, just present the following;
Official Receipt, Certificate of Registration, plate number, registered name, signed
and endorsed by (resident/commercial) operator.

7. You are entitled, 2 free stickers if you settle your 2022 association dues on or before
installation date.

Please be reminded that only lot owners, residents and commercial tenants with
updated association dues as of February 01, 2022 are entitled to avail of the sticker and
RFID
