hoping that your business, or you as an Individual, will be interested in participating. We see a connection that would benefit you to
raise the profile of your business to our village audience – to help build up your target market. Please make your commitment today
by checking out in the box below your choice of supporting this initiative.

P 2,000, One sided banner – hoisted from November1 to November 30, 2022

P 4,000, Two sided banner – hoisted from November 1 to November 30, 2022

P 2,000, One sided banner – hoisted from December 1 to December 31, 2022

P 4,000, Two sided banner – hoisted from November 1 to December 31, 2022

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All banner applications must be received no later _____________ (what day?).

2. Advise your banner location. If not specifically selected, will be at the discretion of LGVHAI, in which case space will be assigned
on a first-come, first-serve basis.
3. Your banners will stay up for a month, after which, it will be dismantled for the next banner cycle, unless you want to have it up
another month cycle for December, and pay for the next month cycle.
4. Applicants will take care to design and print their choice of banner/s, on a 2ft x 5ft of tarp, which will be hoisted on a frame by
LGVHAI admin.
5. LGVHAI reserves the right to decline an application which is or would be contrary to any laws, regulations or policies or
detrimental to LGVHAI’s public image.
