GARRISON PLAN FOR
HOUSING

HYPE IN MARKET We have a plan to start a “coming soon” campaign for a minimum of

4+4 days social media and on other marketing channels, to create hype in the market. For this
purpose, we will use several video teaser, still slides, brochures, hoardings, newspapers, cable,
etc. We will start this campaign from the 12th of March 2021 till the 20th of March 2021.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FOR BOOKING After yielding

a significant hype in the market, we will start registration of buyers on the 20 th March 2021, and
we will start marketing. To begin with, we will issue a membership registration certificate for
booking to all interested buyers against the sum of Rs:-200000/- for each certificate. This
certificate amount is 100% adjustable against the first 10% booking amount. All membership
registration certificates will be attested by MANGLA GARRISON HOUSING and a discrete number
will be assigned. All numbers issued with the registration certificates will be displayed on each of
our respective websites (MGH & Markhor Holdings). MANGLA GARRISON HOUSING allowed us
to register a maximum of 1500 persons only (against total 1500 plots). Hence, from the 20 th of
March 2021 till the 05th of April 2021, we will start the registration of the buyers. In case all
1500 slots are sold before the 05 th April 2021 then we will stop further selling of registration
certificates.

MANGLA GARRISON HOUSING is bound to adjust all 1500 membership registration certificates
amount against 5 marla, 10 marla & 1 kanal plots as below,

1) All 1500 persons will get 100% of their membership registration certificate amount of
Rs:-200000/- adjustment in the first booking amount of 10%.
2) If the certificate owner wants to cancel his/her membership registration certificate and get
refund then MGH will deduct 35% from the paid amount as service charges while the rest of
the amount will be refunded within 30 days from the refund request date.

KYC All buyers of the membership Registration certificate will fill their KYC forms within one

week from the date of the purchase and get the original REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE under
their name.
BOOKING FORMS Officially booking forms submission will be started from 12 th April

2021, all membership registration certificate holders will be submitting their filled booking forms
along with required documents and balance amount of first 10% booking amount.

DIRECT PLOT NUMBER Those buyers who want plot # without entering in balloting

procedure, they can pay 35% of the amount of the plot and they can pick n choose their
plot from the available plots.

CONFIRMATION 30 days From the booking date all registered buyers will get their

confirmation letter issued by MGH upon payment of their due next 10% at the time of
confirmation.

BALLOTING / ALLOCATION 30 days From the confirmation date, all buyers will get

their plot numbers which will be done by balloting. The balloting event will be held at the MGH
project SITE and we will invite the buyers to that event. Plot number certificate or allocation
letter will be issued by MGH upon payment of their due next 15% at the time of allocation.

and for the requirement of our splendidly located project, we need well reputed real estate
companies who believe in their professional skills too. Henceforth, we have chosen two of the
best real estate companies for the GCC, UK- Europe -USA & the Canada region. Additionally, we
have shortlisted 10 of the best real estates in all of Pakistan and 5 other real estate companies
for the rest part of the world.
So for the quick sale of MGH plots/villas/apartments, we only appointed the best result-
oriented, overseas and local sub-agents with a significantly good reputation.
