Contractors purchase a combination of Pro EX 2.0, BL-KR, or BL-24 controllers within a 4 month
period to receive a Yeti cooler or Weber grill according to their purchase amount for FREE!
There are 4 levels of participation and there is no limit on the promo.!

Conditions:
1.) Contractor invoices for Pro EX 2.0, BL-KR and BL-24 controllers received from May 2 through
September 2, 2016 will be honored. For contractors to be eligible for their Free gift of their
choice, distributors must email or fax all invoices for said controller purchases to:
promoinvoices@krain.com or Fax: 561.842.9493. Contractor invoices, Salespersons name plus
the contractors gift of choice must be received by September 30, 2016 to be eligible. K-Rain will
supply distributors with a pdf cover sheet to make this process easier.
However if the contractor would like to receive his/her gift at the time of a full level purchase,
K-Rain will gladly accommodate the request. K-Rain will purchase the selected item and deliver
to the distributor for presentation to the contractor.

Once a contractor receives their gift of choice upon reaching a certain level they can begin to
make more purchases to reach another level and gift. However their purchasing level will begin
at zero.
Program Summary:
Contractors have the opportunity to choose from 2 Bluetooth controlled units and the Pro EX
2.0 controller!
Campaign Elements:
Distributors must commit to participate in the promotion by emailing a short letter of
acceptance of the promotion to: Sarahmccarthy@krain.com.

Provide commitment to the promotion by April 26, 2016.

Ensure that all company personnel are included in the communication of this campaign
and relate the importance of their involvement.
Provide contractor invoices to K-Rain by September 26, 2016, detailing products
purchased with customer information and the gift of their choice. Sales persons name
must be included. Contractors can receive their gifts within 10 days of reaching a
qualifying level- they do not have to wait until the end of the promotion.

Product literature

September, 2016.

A.) Once you have 3 contractors in any one level, the sales person also receives the prize of
their choice in that level!!!
B.) If you have 3 contractors in various levels (One in level 1, two in level 2, for example)
the sales person will receive their choice of level 2 prizes!!
