    The Costco Member-only incentive can be combined with all available National/Regional VCUSA eligible incentives or
    rebates for which the Member qualifies. Volvo requires dealers to report the delivery of the vehicle by logging into
    www.APlanByVolvo.com to access Affinity Tools>>PIN/Offer Search & Validation and complete the following:
    Go to the Volvo Car Portal and click Affinity Tools
    Validate the promotion code (Volvo PIN) by clicking on PIN/Offer Search & Validation to confirm the information matches
    that of the Member
    Enter a second PIN (if applicable) when validating the Member PIN
    Enter the vehicle's VIN and description, then click Download PIN & Pricing Agreement to include the Costco Member-
    only bonus
    Hand over the vehicle in VISTA by using the A-Plan/Affinity Lease or Retail (for MHEV and PHEV vehicles only) or
    Online A-Plan/Affinity Lease or Retail (for fully-electric vehicles only) sale type and enter the "K" PIN
