AGREEMENT FOR SEARCH, RECRUITMENT,

AND PLACEMENT SERVICES

hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or the “First Party”. Engages recruiting firm as
follow:

hereinafter referred to as the “Agency” or the “Second Party”.


Individually hereinafter referred to as the “Party” or collectively to as the “Parties”, have form
cooperation abide this present Agreement.
1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
The Employer hereby gives the Agency authority to provide recruitment services for which the
Candidate presented based on the Requirements as set out throughout this agreement.

2. GENERAL PROVISION
1) The Employer will provide PT. SATRIA ABDI PERSADA a placement list / job
offers details as and when the need arises. If any renewing of contract appears both
sides should be informed

2) The Employer must provide the Employee the following benefits: Medical & health
insurance (does not contains medicaments), accommodation, transportation, if
necessary, from apartment – hotel – apartment.

2.1. Monthly salary confirmed at: 3030 (three thousand thirty) Turkish lira
Turkish lira / month extra tip.
2.2. Work place will be in any region of Turkey.
2.3. Meal provided, 8 duties of work's hours.
2.4. Uniform will be provided.

3. AGENCY DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS


3.1 The services of the Agency shall include, but not be limited to the following:
- Pre-screen, select & submit suitable candidates for interviews.
- Mandatory briefing / orientation on the working conditions of the
country of employment / deployment.
- Arranging Trade test of candidates and sending certificate along with
other documents to Employer for obtaining work permits and any other
official documents as required by the employer’s respective government.
3.2 The Candidate shall be solely responsible for the personal document costs and
expenses such as passport, medical insurance and police clearance certificate
any other expenses which may occur in relation to obtain documents for
Employer.
3.3 In the event of Termination during probation periods of the Candidate
commencing Employment the Agency shall provide another suitable
Candidate within 30 (thirty) days.
3.4 All proprietary information received from the Employer will be held in strict
confidence and used solely for the purpose of selecting qualified candidates.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The Agency is responsible for paying for the candidates ' employment program in
accordance with this agreement.
The Agency pays 550 USD (five hundred fifty dollars) for the program: work permit,
medical insurance, full support ,100% guaranteed employment, 1 month training and
all expenses related process for work visa process such as; legalization documents,
visa fee.
The training will be 1 month (free of charge, there is no salary during the training
period). During the training period, meals, accommodation, and medical insurance
will also be provided by the hotel. After 1 month of training, employment will be at
least for 1-2 years. After the contract is completed, the Employer issues a Certificate.
The first part of the amount 275 USD (two hundred seventy -five dollars) must to be
paid after the Candidate is approved for work position and the contract is signed.

The Employer sends an invitation for submitting to the Turkish Embassy in


Candidate's country of residence or country of citizenship, after the approval letter of
work visa will be come, the second part of the amount of 275 USD (two hundred
seventy -five dollars) must to be paid not lately than 5 bank's days.

If an Agency’s Candidate fails to appear at the workplace without any reason, and
also in case of refusal of a work permit from Ministry of family Labor and social
services OR if Embassy of Turkey in country of submission will denied to accept
documents and not give reference number 1st advance 275 (two hundred seventy-five
dollars) is not refundable.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall be in effect for one year from the date of signing this agreement.
The Agreement shall renew by mutual consent of all parties 30 days prior to its
expiration. Amendment to this present Agreement shall be written and signed by both
Parties.
4. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
The Management of both companies shall settle any dispute arising between the parties out of
or in connection with this agreement in a friendly manner.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
5.1 All Parties released from the unfitting fulfillment of their obligations of this
Agreement due to the Force-Majeure circumstances, including, but not limited to
natural disaster, strikes, riots or civil commotions, pandemic, government
restrictions and regulations, military actions, and any other circumstances that
prevent any of the parties from the fulfillment of the present Agreement.
5.2 Any Party who finds itself unable to perform in accordance with the Force-
Majeure circumstances, shall inform the other Party of such an event within 5
(five) working days about such circumstances and be deemed as sufficient proof
of Force-Majeure situation, its circumstances and duration.
5.3 If it is impossible for one of the Parties to fully or partially fulfill its obligations
under this Agreement as a result of circumstances beyond the control of the
Parties, namely: fire, natural disasters, pandemics, military operations of any
nature, mass riots, strikes, economic and political crises, adoption of legislative
acts and decisions of public administration bodies that are mandatory for
execution, the term of performance of these obligations is shifted in proportion to
the time during which such circumstances will apply.
6. SIGNATURES OF THE PARTIES
This agreement is acceptable and binding upon both parties listed below when signed and
dated.
