WAAA AD 2.20 LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS


1. Airport Regulation
Isolated Area :
a. Ex Turning Area 31.
b. Intersection taxiway WP and Runway 13-31.
Emergency Operation Center : Fire station Building.
Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) :
a. General Manager
1) Immediately heading to the crash site, after taking noticed of the accident.
2) Check and activate the Emergency Operation Center response and developing
countermeasures request assistance with related agencies.
3) Notify the relevant operator.
4) Preparing the entire healthcare team.
5) Report the incident to the Director General of Civil Aviation, the Chief Directorate
of Aviation Security on Jakarta and the Head Office of the Department of
Transportation in the local section.
6) Notify of making photo documentation to the crash
b. Airlines Committe
1) Senior officers immediately increase its officers to the crash location and report
to the command post.
2) Provide information to the command post in the form of: The number of
passengers on board, including their names and dangerous goods (if any).
3) Make arrangements transport victims from the crash location to the treatment
area.
4) Registering the name of the passenger, the circumstances and the placement of
the treatment as well as organizing the return to their homes.
5) Take responsible for financing the damaged aircraft as soon as permitted by the
accident investigation team (Investigation-Authority)
c. Local Government
Immediately after receiving notification of the accident to rule units / agencies are
being subordinated to duty in accordance with their field:
1) Koramil
2) Police Station
3) Hospital

d. Hospitals
1) Immediately prepare skilled doctors and nurses who are skilled in P3K.
2) Preparing services for victims after arriving at the health center or hospital.

e. Police
1) Immediately heading to the crash site, the officer required to do take over the
overall coordination of positions on committees related to the emergency.
2) Where possible the officer to perform calculations on all those who were inside
the aircraft.
3) Keeping local events and exercise control over the incoming and outgoing crash
area.
f. Medical
1) Officers conducted checks for medical preparedness and ambulance and then
ordered to go to the meeting point or staging area.
2) Organize activities to collect victims, checking the victim and the evacuation of
the vehicle that has been set.
3) Overcoming first aid activities.
4) Make a list of the number of victims accurately including the full name and the
name of the hospital, the hotel in question.

2. Sultan Hasanuddin Taxiing Routes Control


a. Assigned area: TWY
b. Responsibility Sultan Hasanuddin Taxiing Routes Control is responsibility for
movement of the aircraft in maneuvering area except RWY.
c. Aircraft shall obtain clearance Sultan Hasanuddin Taxiing Routes Control before
pushback or starting engine and outgoing traffic all area shall be pushback.
d. Communication
1) All aircraft operating within Sultan Hasanuddin Taxiing Routes Control Area
(Surface Movement Control Area) shall be equipped with radio capable of
conducting and maintain two way communication.
2) Aircraft in emergency or experiencing a radio communication failure, shall comply
with the procedure in according with ICAO standard recommended practice.
