- YES LUCKILY, I WAS ABLE TO ACHIEVE THE TARGET HEART
RATE ZONE FOR THAT DAY. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I WAS
BACK ON TRACK AND GOT PRODUCTIVE FOR THE PAST 2
WEEKS. I THINK THE OBSTACLE THAT I'VE ENCOUNTERED
WHILE DOING THE PERFORMANCE TASK IS THAT THE LACK OF
SPACE IN MY ROOM SO IT WAS REALLY HARD FOR ME TO
MOVE AROUND WITH MY MATERIALS.
