CREATE CONTENT WITH MICROSOFT WORD

To ensure a smoother content production workflow, we always start the process by first developing the
content in Microsoft Word.

The source of the content will be the Master Presentation Slides, typically contained in a Windows folder
like this:

What’s Inside
the Folder?

Subfolders of
different MFP
models.

What’s Inside
the Subfolder?

Presentation
slides and videos.

By referring to the specific Master Presentation slides, create the corresponding content in Microsoft Word
in a sequence listed as follows:

1. OVERVIEW

The design, colour scheme and layout of the slides must be consistent throughout – from the first slide to
the last slide.

However, do take note of the slides’ designs below that are to be done differently.
