Human Resource Management

1. The first thing I know when I hear Human Resource or HRM is that application, recruiting and
hiring employees that has skills that could help company met its expectations in future. They are
responsible on selecting employees with the same skills, objectives and behavior to build a great
team who puts company into successes.

2. In the nature of HRM involves the training and hiring of employees, also performance review of
an employee once he/she entered the company. Health related and workable environment is
also included, HR provides health safety’s and good working environment for every employee to
motivate them to work more. HR also provides effective environment, planning and organization
which like I said, building or making a best team with same aspects that could bring success to
the company.

3. HR managers are responsible in planning and organizing. They are the one who creates best
presentations for executing their goals, mission and vision of their company. With this
responsibility, HR has the upper hand on handling the company on best track they could see and
has enough projects and activities that supports the company all through out.

4. The role of Human Resource Management is to provide strategic plans, creating or building the
team with same skill levels and stand as the motor of the company, why? Because HR provides
everything in the company involving in skills, organizations, planning and also maintaining an
good working environment for all. Compensation and health safety can also be included as a
role because they are also providing it to every employee entering the company. For me, based
on the lesson I learned, the role of HRM is difficult, difficult because it plays a major role in
company which means you have all the work, starting form recruiting and to planning, and ect.

5. human resource management contribute to profitability, efficiency and effectiveness of an


organization when those planning, strategies and employee who they recruit has a good
contribution to company once they enter on it. I can say it is a success when they achieve
success in a short period of time. When employees are striving more to have victory and sharing
a positive workplace for all. Those practices could be a great help in stabilizing profits and loss of
company, by using it in moderate and effective way. When the human resource succeed, the
quality of work with employees regarding to profits can be maximized.
6. Human resource is responsible for planning and organizing its goals, objective, mission and
visions. Also it is responsible for giving or assigning employee to the workplace they are suitable
that enables them to do right projects assigned to them. Finding or recruiting employees are
also an responsibility of an HR, because they are searching such people with potentials in work
and have great skills. The training and development of employees are included also,
performance reviewing and improving skills for them to maximize the company’s credibility and
capabilities.

7. For me, when I have the chance to choose whether what kind of Human Resource Manager, I
will choose the personnel manager because they are responsible for searching and recruiting
new employees that will give the company a positive impact in terms of effectiveness and
profitability of the company. Why personnel management? Because I like to criticize people in
their personal experiences in life, personality and behavior which included as role of personnel
management.
