Conclusion
 Productivity depends on selecting correct leadership at the correct position and aligning teams
with which the leader has to work.

 Every leadership has some positive and negative points when they are evaluated on different
parameters, i.e., the period, scale of the company, efficiency of employees, degree of
responsiveness, etc.

 A leadership must manage change, develop workers, and provoke client commitment to
