Introduction:
Our Project’s title is “Effects of leadership styles on organizational productivity” & the main focus of
the project is on how the different leadership styles effect the organizational culture & acceleration
of productivity. Organizational performance and leadership have a direct cause-and-effect
relationship. Employee values, culture, change tolerance, and motivation are all determined by
leaders. They influence the efficacy and implementation of organizational strategies. It is important
to note that leaders can be found at any organizational level and are not limited to management.

As a result, leaders have an impact on everyone in order to reach team and corporate goals.
However, it has been noticed that, at any given time, the employment of a proper leadership style is
a medium for organizational performance. Leadership is the heart and soul of any firm, and its
importance should not be underestimated.

Objective:
The objective of this project report is to explore different approaches on what effects turn to be and
how can we minimize them. We also discuss some issues that might arise in future due to the lack of
tentativeness in the organization leadership styles. We would also discuss about the styles which has
less effects and can be applied to major organizations.

Methodology:
Primary Data: We intend to conduct the survey using google forms after which we will analyze the
data and draw our inferences & findings on how people perceive the effects they might face in their
future endeavors. Additionally, we would try to contact different professionals representing various
companies and take their stand on the inferences and information we have come up with.

Secondary Data: We would refer to different journals and reports written on the similar bases and
try to infer the conclusions to make a concrete report on how the effects takes place.

We will present the overall outcome of the primary data that we have collected and then draw a
conclusion from the entire project and compare it with the research papers information which
would be collected as the secondary data and extract the final conclusion from it.
