LIST QUESTIONS ANSWERED (in their Numeric order)
Online learning encompasses a tremendous number of topics, subject, areas, and discipline and
degree programs. In its broadest terms online learning simply means acquiring via the internet. More
specifically this education is acknowledged to be pedagogical (relating to teaching) rather than self
selected. In other words reading on article about birds in a periodical online wouldn’t be classified as
“online education” but enrolling in a video course about ornithology given by a teacher would be
considered online education.
Computer illiteracy
Although students are aware of gadgets and this able to manage computer well, lack of
computer literacy is a major issue among students today many of them can’t operate basic programs such
as Microsoft word and Power Point and therefore are not able to handle their files. Furthermore, many
students find fixing basic computer problems troublesome as they have no knowledge in this area.
Technical Issues
Many students are not provided with the high band width or strong internet connection that
online courses require and this fail to catchup with virtual classmates their weak monitors makes it hard
following the course management system and their learning experience becomes problematic. Some of
them are eve own computers and seek help in learning resource centers for technical assistance.
Lack of Motivation
Self motivation is an e – learning essential requirement. However many online learners lack it
much to their surprise after enrolling in distance learning courses many learners fall behind and nurture
the idea of giving up as difficulties in handling a technological medium also seem insurmountable.
Students need to find the motivation to follow the new educational trends and also properly equip
themselves for future challenges in their education and careers.
Gadget shortage
Not every student and teacher has a personal gadget to use for online learning. Many of them
are supposed to share laptops and computer with their parents, sisters and brothers to stay on track.
In this day and age it seems that every one is running short on time. There aren’t enough hours
in the day and there is not any room in the schedule for learning. Many people are hesitant to take on e-
learning course because they think that they won’t be able to go at their own pace or that it will require a
great deal of their time.
Isolation
This rather psychological factor is still highly affecting students’ motivation and learning
progress. Being in the class room, students got used to instant eye to eye communication with each other
allowing reacting together, sharing the experience, joking and making a non verbal contact,
strengthening the social skills. For many students a classroom has been a kind of sanctuary which is now
taken away.
Unrealistic Deadlines
Students are given huge work load in assignment, quiz and exams in very small time, lecturers
don’t put into account the network problems because most of the student leave in village and outskirts or
urban centers where the network is weak this put students on pressure and thus wish to drop out the
courses.

Christian world view refers to the frame work of ideas and beliefs through which a Christian
individual group or culture interprets the world and interacts with it. Various denomination of Christian
based on biblical interpretation but many thematic elements are commonly agree upon with in the
Christian views.
Philosopher Paul Draper defined naturalistic world view as “The Hypothesis that natural world
is a closed system” in the sense that nothing that is not a part of the natural world affects it” more simply
it is the denial of the existence of super natural causes. In rejecting the reality of super natural events,
forces, or entities, naturalism is the antithesis of super naturalism.
The following is how online learning challenges can be addressed using naturalistic and
Christian world views.
Christians world view assert that Trinitarian God is powerful, personal, just, loving righteous,
merciful, sovereign, wise good and kind for instance the scripture says that God is Love1. Imitating his
Christian view can be used to tackle the challenges of shortage of gadgets by providing to those who do
not have (poor students) so that they can access online learning with easy.
The Holy Book the Bible in which Christian world view believes states in the Book of Genesis
that God created the Earth and Everything in 7 days in Other words He used to ‘work’ at interval this
should be imitated on the online learning by lecturers to address the challenge of too much course works,

1 john 4:8
The Challenge of Busy Schedules of the learners can be addressed by the trait Christian would
view. As the Bible says in the book of Ecclesiastics that there is time for everything this can be imitated by
students to handle one thing at a time.
At times online learners get bored due to the fact there is no physical discussion between the
learners and the lecturers or teacher this can be addressed by the trait of Christian world view of rejoicing
in the lord as the Bible says rejoice in Lord again I will Say Rejoice in the Lord2, yet the lecturers can also
use the naturalistic world view by keeping the learners interactive and making some jokes to keep
learners awake.
Naturalist believes that we are shaped by our environment and by our inherent nature we can
not escape them. We can run but we cannot hide this view by the naturalist can address the computer
illiteracy so that students are encourages to go and have computer lessons to be able to have knowledge
on how to operate basic programs such as Microsoft Word, and Power Point to make online lecturers
easy since they will know how to operate the system.
Naturalist asserts that nature is reality that whole of it. There is nothing beyond nothing “other
than” no other world of being in other words the outcome reflects the input so in order to address the
challenge of Gadget shortage lecturers may short appearing on tv the learning accessible to a wider
audience five pillars in Islamic world view.
QUESTION 3A
The first pillar of Islamic world view is the shahada the assertion of faith combining the themes
of unity and mercy that are found in the Quran. There are two shahadas “there is no god but God” and
“Muhammed is the messenger of God” This set sates is recited in Arabic. It’s essential to utter it to
become a muslim and to convert to Islam. The First Shahada promotes the essential unity of the Faith,
proclaiming that there is no god but God. The Tawhid which is the prayer that states” no god but God is a
major component of Islam promoting Unity of God as the source of existence. The second shahada
demonstrates God’s essential mercy this prayer proclaims Mohammed as the last prophet and it uses
Mohammed as the Prime Example of Guidance for all muslims.
The second pillar of Islamic world view is Salat or prayer before a prayer is observed ablutions
are performed including washing one’s hands, face and feet. A Caller (Muezzin) in Arabic) chants a loud in
from a raised place in the mosque verses from the Quran are recited either loudly or silently. These
prayers are very specific type or prayer, they are done 5 times a day at set strict times with individual

Philippians 4:4
The Third pillar of Islamic world view or almsgiving or charity Zakat means purification which
indicated that a payment makes the rest of one’ s wealth legally and religiously pure. By following this
pillar muslims have to deduct certain amount of their income to support the Islamic Community and it
usually about 2.5% of an individual’s income. This practice is not found in the Quran but rather in the
hadith the tax is used to take good, core of the of the holy places and mosques in the individuals specific
community or to give assistance to those in need or who are impoverished. The word Zakat can be
defined as the purification and growth because it allows on individual to achieve balance and encourages
growth. The Principle of knowing that all things belong to God is essential to purification and growth.
Zakat is obligatory to all muslims who are able to do so.
Sawm or fasting takes place during Ramadan which is the Holy month in the Islamic Calendar.
Using Tunar Calendar means the month of ramandan shifts 11 days earlier each year sawn is directly
stated in the Quran saying “Eat and drink until the whiteness of the day becomes distinct from the
blackness of the nigh dawn. Then complete the fast till night..” The fast occurs from down to sunset each
day during which time believers are expected to prohibit themselves from any food drink, sexual
intercourse or smoking. However after the sunset and before dawn individuals can participate in any of
the actions previously stated as they desire. The reason for fasting is to remind muslims that all
individuals are similarly needy upon the assistance of Allah and that there are less lucky individuals who
need their assistance. Ramadan is a period of reflection when muslems are called upon to recharge faith,
increment their charity and make apology in the Quran, the month of Ramathan was first revealed to
Muhammed. Ramathan fasting ends with id al fitr (festival of the breaking) which lasts for three days of
the first day of this festival there is a meeting at the mosque for prayer celebrations and each family head
gives money for alms.
The final pillar of Islam is the Hajj or Pilgrimage during one’s life a moslem is requested to make
pilgrimage to Mecca during the 12th month of the Lunar Calendar. The Ritual consists of making Journey
to Mecca wearing only 2 white sheets so all the pilgrims are identical and there is no class distinction
among them. Amid the Hajj every single muslim man dresses like a straight forward fabric. Again to
emphasize their uniformity ladies wear a less complex type of their ordinary dress. Pilgrimage put white
sheets on when they enter sanctuary area of Mecca and enter a state of “rhram” or purity. After muslim
