YESTERDAY:

I realized that…
Heroes are very important to our country, even to everyone. But does every
hero in this country is being praised or being honoured? Do the children have enough
protection for them until they become an independent individual?

TODAY:

I see/fell that…
Yes, every heroes must be known for their good deeds. Every human has their
own rights. Whether they are young or old. Children have special four categories of their
own rights, which are: kaligtasan, pag-unlad, proteksyon and parisipitasyon according to
the United Nations.

TOMORROW:

As a result,
I will try to protect the youth whenever they are in trouble. We must nurture
them until they become as a strong independent individual that can survive in this world.
They must be protected at all costs. And we, can become the youths heroes.

I realized that…
Sound is a special thing for us living things. We use it every day for our own
good. Does sound affect us on a daily basis? What is the other use of sound other than
making noise? Can it help us on a very dangerous situation? How does it help us to
communicate with other?

TODAY:

I see/fell that…
Yes, it affects us on a daily basis. It can help us relieve our stresses and make
calm of our mind. Sound can help us on almost any situation. If we are getting kidnap,
we can alert other people with loud noises. Talking is one way to communicate with
others. It expresses our feelings and thoughts to the ones that we are talking with.

TOMORROW:

As a result,
I will not speak ill for those who have lost the ability to talk. I will also make
useful ways to express my own thoughts and feelings when talking with another person.
Listening to others is also a good deed for me because they can let out their own
problems.

I realized that…
Dancing is such as great thing for us humans. It can express our emotions and
many more. But how does dancing, or especially moving affect our mental health? What
are the skills that we can improve while dancing?

TODAY:

I see/fell that…
Yes, it can affect our mental health. For example, yoga is the best way to
relieve stress while moving our body. We can also use our movements to communicate
with others. Coordination is a major skill that we need to dance. We can coordinate with
others while dancing so everyone will be on the same wavelength. Lastly we can
cooperate with each other to make our country better and start a movement.

TOMORROW:

As a result,
I will practice doing more movements on my body. Stretching out my muscles
and relieving my stress on yoga. People can do some movement if everyone is
cooperating with each other. I can also be a part of any movement if I will move on my
own will.
