ACTIVITY No. 2
Present your Topic

Instruction: Supposed you are to research something about COVID 19. Decide a specific topic
and read supporting articles about your topic. Find out the following:
1. TOPIC or Title
The Effectiveness of Putting Markers in Applying Social Distancing in Lucena City.
2. Which research design shall be used in your study?
The researcher will use ethnographic design since the data will be gathered through the
observation of the patterns of behavior of the people in Lucena City.
3. Specific materials and methods that you will be needing.
The material that will be needed is duct tape that will be visible for the eyes either it is day
or night for putting the markers and device that can be used to collect data and compile it in
one file. The researcher will use observation method to observe the behavior of the people
and to gather data.
4. Statistical treatment appropriate.
To analyze the data that have been observed and gathered, the researcher should rely on
the objectives if the people follow markers when applying social distancing and how many
people follow it. The researcher will organize the data by categorizing the people by gender,
age and social standing. We will find the pattern between these categories after this, draw a
conclusion about their behavior and find out whether the use of markers in applying social
distancing is effective.
