Arya-vajracchedika bhagavati prajiiaparamita samapta. TRANSLATION. [Verse 1] In three ways I bow down to the buddhas of the three ages,® with faith . .. I bow down to the law of three vehicles, and also, in three ways, to the order of mendicants. [Verse 2] In the same way T haw down to the siitra, the prajiiparamita of the bnddhas, the mother of all the paramitas, well established, deep, pleasing, exalted. [Verse 8] The first and highest of the life of eulightenment,® the essence of all the dharmas, which . . . in yoga (7). [Verse 4] Where there is no [Verse 5] This praj ient Buddha put together: and when one recites and explains this triéatika# called Vajracchedika, [Verse 6] It altogether clears away all particles (?) of karma and avarana sine asa thunderbolt. Therefore its name is Vajracchedika (thunderbolt cutter). [Verse 7] Whatever the law of the buddhas may be, all that is concentrated in this sutra, in the Vajracchedikit ; therefore it is so pleasing and exalted, as the dharmaktya, + Superfluous sign of intorpunotion. ?
