COURSE POLICY:
a) Assignments must be submitted on time. Late submission will be penaltied.
b) Students must attend all lectures, tutorials, laboratory, studio or other activities related to the
course, including courses with no final examination.

c) Any Absence must be provided with proof (ex. MC, exemption letter etc.).
d) Students who suffer from health problems must be certified by government or UPSI panel
clinic medical officer.
e) Student who has to represent UPSI/State/Country in activity that is directed by the
government or UPSI, is required to obtain a recommendation letter from the Dean and must
be approved by the Academic Affairs Division.
Students who commit academic dishonesty (i.e plagiarism) will be subjected to Akta Akademik
UPSI.

Individual and Group Assignment:
Assignment 1: Case Story Outlines; Write a case study of FMS for a group of
kids in a primary school.
(40 Marks)
A) You need to outline 2-3 fundamental movement skills (e.g., skipping, hoping,
jumping, throwing, beam walk/balance… as locomotor, non-locomotor or

manipulative skills) based on the books’ chapters; group report (15%).

B) You need to provide a PPT of your report assignment and each group member
should present individually; Slides and presents (15%).
C) Based on the report, provide a minimum of 3 minutes a video clip and maximum
4 minutes. Students need to show teaching of 1 or 2selected FMS (e.g. jumping,
hopping, or,…) in the video clip (10%).
D) Students need to present their assignment PowerPoint (only 8-10 slides) and video
clip via online class. Each group they have 10 minutes (including the video clip).
-You can search the related video clips, analysis and reflected the strength points
of teaching in your assignment reports.
Instruction:
Students can optionally write and explain as below format also:
1. Identifying Children’s Interests Strengths and Needs
2. Choosing the Focus Skill/s and Identifying Learning Outcomes (for example: Balance/
Throwing/skipping…)
3. Assessing Children’s Levels of Achievement of FMS
4. Planning and Implementing Learning Experiences
5. Ongoing Assessment
6. Sharing the Information
BOOK 1& 21 are useful for the assignment guidance.
Students can add picture or video clips from internet or around your place/hometown if it is
accessible.
Students need to search about the knowledge and information and submit in a word doc files.
Transaction Tasks: (40%)
Length of writing in 8-10 pages / double spacing /Time New Romans or Arial (size
11or 12). * Submit in week 12 of lecture on the MyGuru site.
The deadline of submission is 30th Nov 2021.
