GENERAL NOTES

1. VERIFY WITH THE ARCHITECT THE SPECIFICATIONS,


PRIOR TO APPLICATION/IMPLEMENTATION.
2. VERIFY ACTUAL SITE CONDITIONS & ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS.
3. DRAWINGS MAY VARY FROM ACTUAL. IF THERE ARE ANY
DISCREPANCIES IN DRAWING & SPECIFICATIONS, VERIFY THE
ARCHITECT.
4. ALL DIMENSIONS SHALL HAVE PREFERENCE OVER THE SCALE.
NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT FOR ANY CORRECTIONS.
5. DETAILS NOT SHOWN ARE SIMILAR IN CHARACTER TO THOSE
DETAILS W/ SPECIFIC DIMENSIONS, WHEREIN DESIGN INTENT
CAN BE DETERMINED.CONSULT THE ARCHITECT PRIOR TO
IMPLEMENTATION .
6. ALL WORK SHALL CONFORM TO ALL APPLICABLE CODES
AND GOVERNING AUTHORITIES & SHALL BE OF BEST PRACTICE
OF EACH TRADE.
7. VERIFY AND COORDINATE THE ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL,
ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING/SANITARY, & FIRE
PROTECTION PLAN. DISCREPANCIES/CONFLICTS THAT AROSE
BETWEEN TRADES WERE VERIFIED W/ THE ARCHITECT FOR
APPROVAL PRIOR TO IMPLEMENTATION.
8. ANY DRAWINGS OR DETAILS REFLECTED IN OTHER TRADES BUT
NOT REFLECTED IN OTHERS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO
COMPLETE THE WORK, SHOULD BE PROVIDED. ALL ARE
CONTAINED IN ONE.
9. CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT DRAWINGS SUBJECT FOR
ARCHITECT'S APPROVAL PRIOR TO IMPLEMENTATION.
10. CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT SAMPLES AND MOCKUPS FOR
ARCHITECT'S APPROVAL PRIOR TO IMPLEMENTATION.
11. LANDSCAPING ISSUES AND CONCERNS MUST BE VERIFIED
WITH LANDSCAPE DESIGNER.
12. INTERIOR DESIGN ISSUES AND CONCERNS MUST BE VERIFIED
