Institute Registration Module – Law5 year Course


Click on the URL:- http://cetcelladmissions.mahait.org

1) Click on Institute Registration Button available on Home Page.

2) Click on Select Course as LLB 5 year and Fill the details as mentioned in
the screen. For registered email id and registered mobile number has to
be verified by OTP.After Email id and Mobile number verification check if
verified message displayed on the screen. Enter Captcha and click on
Submit button.
3) After Submission Success Message will be displayed on portal and click on
OK Button.

4) Login with user id and default password received on registered mobile


number and email id. Verification OTP for Change Password will be sent
on Registered Mobile No. Enter OTP, Enter Old Password, Enter New
Password, Enter Confirm Password

5) After click on Change Password button below message will appear for
password changed successfully
6) Login again with the updated userid and password.

7) On left side panel click on Menu LLB5 Institute tab and then click on
Institute Registration.
8) College Must fill all the details as provided in the application form. If college
is having any issue then send email at
support.cetinstitute@mahait.orgsupport.cetinstitute@mahait.org

College must fill the details properly.. College must carefully check for all
the details before click on Save as Draft button.
9) College will get document page whereas applicable have to upload the
same by click on Choose File and Click on Upload Document Button.
Uploaded file indications would be seen.

(For Institute type is Government, Aided, Aided minority, University Managed


Aided ) below page will appear.
(For Institute type Unaided, Unaided Minority and University Managed Unaided)
below page will appear.

Click on submit button will provide below screen wherein college can goto
previous page of application form if any fields wants to edit , click on view and final
submit will redirect to preview page.
10) Preview of application form and uploaded documents will be seen in
this page. If all the details are ok then click on final submit button else if
any things needs to be change click on Goto Previous Button.

11) When click on Final Submit Button System will show Alert Message. Are
you sure ?, then click on Confirm button else Click on Cancel button. If
click on confirm button will get Success message.

12) When Click on Confirm button below Success message will appear.
13) To check for the status of Application form Kindly click on Dashboard button
available on left side panel and check for the status as Submitted for Approval.

If institute type is selected as government / Aided/ Aided Minority/University


managed Aided and having additional division as Unaided/Government self
finance/unaided minority/university managed unaided then above screen will
appear. if institute is having only one division then only one entry will show in
dashboard.

Check in dashboard if Status is showing as Submitted for Approval

Institute code will appear after approval of DHE.


If any college application form is reverted back from directorate office then
follow the below steps.
1) Login into portal with the userid and password
2) Below Dashboard will be viewed. Check for the Remark provided by directorate
office and click on Sent Back button.

3) Check for the Remark provided by directorate office and to take action for the
remark click on sent back button.
4) College Registration page will open. All the filled data will be auto populated, make
the changes wherever applicable and click on save button and move to next steps. If
there is any change in the document page then upload the document and click on
submit button and then click on preview and final submit button. Preview page and
document will be shown. If everything is ok then Click on final submit button.
5) To check for the application status click on dashboard status column.

Institute code will be generated for the approved college.
