when you have to pick-up a consignment
we will inform you by mail with following text:

1st step fill in your mail-address and agree the basic conditions.

2nd step fill in all fields

Fon = PHONE-NUMBER

When you are already registered with your mail-address than 2nd step isn’t more necessary

Choose “Outbound” for pick-up and fill in our loading ref.no. 8-digits starting with 20.

Confirm with a click on the icon magnifying glass

You can book a time slot on 2 ramps but only in the white fields when it is free. Blue field means that no time
slot can be booked.

Choose pick-up date, only a view of a maximum of 7 days from the pick-up date is possible

At the white field you can book a ramp with a click on the right mouse button and choose “new appointment”

In the field “Shipment” there is mentioned the loading ref. no., click on the icon magnifying glass show the
complete consignment details.

Pls fill in truck and trailer no.

Period of loading (Interval) will calculated with consignment-details (no. of packages)

If there are any changes, you can amend the time slot with a right button mouse click and choose “Edit”.
When you want to move the time slot than use the left mouse button, click and hold the button and move the
time slot window to another time.

If you want to pick-up the goods on a later date than you must cancel the time slot and choose a new date and
book again a ramp.
To delete, click the red cross from the time slot.

When a ramp is booked than you’ll get always automatically the information when a truck has arrived and when
the loading was finished including correct number of packages and gross weight. Of course the booking must
be done by yourselves and the mail is going to the registered mail-address.
