In this course, we will become aware of or appreciate the importance
of teaching internships, particularly for us, the graduating teacher
education students. We must do a teaching internship since it is
required and will provide us with additional experience and
understanding of how to act and become teachers. During my
internship I'm hoping to learn a lot more experience. and confidence
facing our students in their online class sessions. Two of the most
important are the classroom teaching experience and important are the
classroom teaching experience and a chance to work under
experienced teachers who act as your mentors. Able to have authentic
hands-on experience in teaching. This is required to develop their
teaching skills and to start collecting experiences to enrich their

professional wisdom Also it will play an increasingly important role in
supporting teaching and learning the future. Reflect on Your Practice

I choose Learning Task 6. Writing my first learning plan:
Learning Plan – this refers to the blueprint of the daily teaching and learning
activities. It is a step-by-step guide which helps teachers in maintaining the
quality of instruction. Learning plan consist of essential components such as
learning objectives, learning content, resources, and procedures. An effective
lesson plan has a great impact on the teaching-learning process. It is a must
that teachers plan their lessons effectively to ensure a successful instructional
experience. As a practice teacher, I need to prepare a learning plan so that the
students will feel that the lesson that are given to them were in proper
sequence. I believe that Learning plan is very important in the lives of teachers
because it helps them conduct lesson in an orderly fashion and it allows
students to know what they are going to learn and on how it fits into their
needs. It also gives me the confidence to discuss the topic since doing lesson
plan is studying your lesson in advance. Having lesson plan impel you to
predict when you will able to finish the whole unit of your lessons. It will serve
as the central guide of the teachers in the flow of the discussion and how it will
be done effectively. While teachers are planning their lessons, they have the
time to prepare for the instructional strategies and instructional materials. In
this way, they can execute the lesson and be prepared in front of the class.
Therefore, teaching and learning process will be enhanced and teachers can set
standards to be followed, achieve learning outcomes as well as utilize the
materials and resources efficiently and effectively.
