Clear goals and objectives help the employees as well as
the employer to identify where they should focus on. This
achieves morality in the workplace because the people
included are having the same goals to achieve without
having disagreements about it.

PROPER MENTORING
Through proper mentoring, the employees will learn
about the importance of moral values in the workplace
and how they can work as they maintain their moral values
as well as respecting the work ethics of the company.

SETTING A GOOD EXAMPLE


This goes for the employer and the employees as well.
Given that the employer is basically the model of the
employees, one should set a good example to which
everyone will follow. Employees themselves should also
be able to apply this to themselves.

PROFESSIONALISM
It should be automatic that this should be applied in
every workplace to ensure its healthy environment and
moral values being applied. Having professionalism sets
aside the personal feelings of employees towards the
other and for the employers as well.

DISCIPLINE
Knowing how to discipline the selves will prevent
unwanted mishaps to happen. This will make the
employees and the employers initiate moral values and
work ethics among themselves.

DIVERSITY
In having diversity, this allows employees and employers
to implement respect, understanding and acceptance
towards the differences they all have in the workplace to
make it a safe and healthy environment to work in.
