WORK OF ETHICS

There are numerous definitions of work ethics. In simple term, work ethics is a set of moral principles
that an employee uses in the performance of his job. In business language, work ethics is "the belief in
the moral benefit and importance of work and its inherent ability to strengthen character.” Work ethics
basically is how a person feels about his job which covers his attitude and behavior. It also concerns on
how a person does his job or the responsibilities that has been attached with it. The level of respect
shown to each other in the workplace, the people around and how individuals communicate and
interact also explains work ethics.

Work ethics are indeed consist of wide and deep concepts.Mayroong maraming mga kahulugan ng
etika sa trabaho.Iba-iba yung pagpapakahulugan dito depende sa kung anong hanay ito nabibilang. Sa
simpleng termino, ang etika sa trabaho ay isang hanay ng mga prinsipyong moral na ginagamit ng
isang empleyado sa pagganap ng kanyang trabaho. Sa wikang pangnegosyo, ang etika sa trabaho ay
"ang paniniwala sa moral na benepisyo at kahalagahan ng trabaho at ang likas na kakayahan nitong
palakasin ang pagkatao." Ang etika sa trabaho ay karaniwang kung ano ang nararamdaman ng isang
tao tungkol sa kanyang trabaho na sumasaklaw sa kanyang saloobin at pag-uugali. Ito rin ay tungkol
sa kung paano ginagawa ng isang tao ang kanyang trabaho o ang mga responsibilidad na kalakip nito.
Ang antas ng paggalang na ipinapakita sa bawat isa sa lugar ng trabaho, ang mga tao sa paligid at kung
paano nakikipag-usap at nakikipag-ugnayan ang mga indibidwal ay nagpapaliwanag din ng etika sa
trabaho.

So ibig sabhin po is malawak yung saklaw ng etika sa trabaho .In this concepts we could find here the
principles associated on individuals way of thinking,behaviors and actions.How a certain individual
commit to his /her works can be said to be the Work Ethics.Ano -ano ba yung ginagawa ng isang tao
as he/she works and how he/she attend to his/her duties and responsibilities.Sa isang working
station,yung mga nagtatrabaho po doon ay hinuhubog sila ng organisasyon sa kung paano sila
gumalaw in order to achieve the mission and vision of company and that also explains work ethics.it
has something to do with a set of principles.

From the definitions mentioned, it can be deduced that work ethics refers to key characteristics that one
should possess in the workplace such as honesty, integrity, humility and accountability, among others.
These characteristics shall prescribe how a person would respond or do things when confronted with a
specific situation.

Mula sa mga kahulugang nabanggit, mahihinuha na ang etika sa trabaho ay tumutukoy sa mga
pangunahing katangian na dapat taglayin ng isang tao sa lugar ng trabaho tulad ng katapatan,
integridad, kababaang-loob at pananagutan, bukod sa iba pa. These characteristics shall prescribe
how a person would respond or do things when confronted with a specific situation.
So ,work ethics also have something to do with the positive characteristics of a person na
makakatulong sa kanya para maging productive, efficient and effective employee.Kung kayat
napakahalaga po ng work ethics in a certain company or organization since it makes someone capable
and able to do his/her task in his /her best since he/she follows a set of principles and guidelines.

Clearly, work ethics is vital in defining a person's identity. It becomes part of who a person is.
Undoubtedly, a big part of how people will view and know a person depends on what they perceive as
his work ethics.

There are numerous benefits of having a good and strong work ethics. Eventually, work ethics would
indicate the strength of a person's character and present him as a well-rounded individual. It is very
advantageous for a person also to have a strong work ethics. An individual shall be favorably regarded
by his co-workers and superiors, thus having better opportunities of career advancement. A person with
a good and strong work ethics would be considered as someone who can interact with and even
become a good leader. This display of leadership shall give huge chances of having high ranks in a
company.

Maliwanag, ang etika sa trabaho ay mahalaga sa pagtukoy sa pagkakakilanlan ng isang tao. Ito ay
nagiging bahagi ng kung sino ang isang tao. Walang alinlangan, ang isang malaking bahagi ng kung
paano titingnan at pagkakakilala ng mga tao ang isang tao ay nakasalalay sa kung ano ang kanilang
nakikita bilang kanyang etika sa trabaho.

Maraming benepisyo ang pagkakaroon ng mabuti at matibay na etika sa trabaho. Sa kalaunan, ang
etika sa trabaho ay magsasaad ng lakas ng karakter ng isang tao at magpapakita sa kanya bilang isang
mahusay na bilog na indibidwal. Napakahusay para sa isang tao na magkaroon din ng isang malakas
na etika sa trabaho. Ang isang indibidwal ay dapat na pabor na ituring ng kanyang mga katrabaho at
nakatataas, kaya nagkakaroon ng mas mahusay na mga pagkakataon sa pagsulong sa karera. Ang
isang taong may mahusay at malakas na etika sa trabaho ay maituturing na isang taong maaaring
makipag-ugnayan at maging isang mahusay na pinuno. Ang pagpapakita ng pamumuno na ito ay
magbibigay ng malaking pagkakataon na magkaroon ng mataas na ranggo sa isang kumpanya.

Based form the given definitions is that it,his/her work ethics defines who he/she is.Kumbaga
nagiging basehan ang work ethics ng pagkatao ng isang tao marahil ay repleksiyon ito ng kanyang mga
iniisip at ginagawa na galling sa kanyang puso at isip.Kung kayat mahihinuha natin that if a certain
person have an outstanding work ethics masasabi natin na siya ay mahusay and committed sa
kanyang trabaho.Sa kabilang banda kapag hindi maganda ang work wthics ng isang tao may mali rito
at hindi siya masasabi na tulad ng una na mahusay at commited sa trabaho since his/her work ethics
says it all.Work ethics defines how a certain individual fulfill his/her tasks.

From the company's viewpoint, it is beneficial to have employees with strong work ethics. Having this
type of people shall contribute a lot to the successful accomplishment of the vision and goals of the
company.
Yun nan ga po,dahil Malaki ang naitutulong ng work ethics sa trabaho ay dapat idevelop natin saating
mga sarili ang magandang work ethics na may layuning magawa natin ng boung husay ang mga
iniaatang na responsibilidad saatin para tayo ay magtagumpay sa mga bagay na nais nating makamit.

Work ethics is inherent in a person, simply it comes from inside. Theoretically, the origin of work ethics
has several perspectives. However, the truth is they come from the standpoints of Christians. It is God
who is the Creator of humankind who started work ethics. God made humans in His own image and His
word declares these various work ethics of honesty, integrity, doing a job excellently, keeping things
above board, and accountability factors.

Likas saatin ang pagkakaroon ng work ethics nagiiba-iba lanng in some aspects and how a certain
person nurtures himself/herself to have a good work ethics.Kasi napag aaralan naman po ito.Based
