all know the world is getting more complex. The gap between the rich and the poor are

increasing and getting wider in scope across the globe. People from lower classes are

undeniably mistreated and discriminate. Problems like social stratification, stereotypes

and social role which lead to status conflict are present in the Girl with a Pearl Earring.

Inequalities is present in today’s era in all types of societies. Evidences are really

observable. It couldn’t be denied since some of us might encounter this problem

because of the social status we are in like being poor. Being poor is not that easy today

since we are not given privileged because some sees poor as incompetent and

ignorant. Usually, they are given low wage salary and lowest position in an organization.

To put simply, social status defines the treatment we will receive. The richer you are the

more power, wealth privileged, authority and fame. The poorer you are the more

discrimination and less privileged you are.

alarming and still existing. The unequal opportunities for all, is denied in todays era

leaving some individuals behind without recognizing how discriminating and painful it

was. Social Justice and Human rights were denied and undermine because of the

existence of social equality and stratification that destroys humanity gradually. Thus,

social inequality as an index that captures disparities must be stopped and must be

resolved in order to have a better society that provides access for equality in all aspects.

After all everybody deserves equality.
