WHAT IS “JOB SEEKING”?

It is the process of performing an action to seek for a job position using tools of searching and communication.
Therefore, the process is a strategy that is formulated based on the applicant’s standards and career objectives. This
strategy should demonstrate the following:
¡ Applicant’s Vision: this detects applicant’s current career status, the career development, and the career growth.

¡ Applicant’s Market and Field Placement: acquiring the suitable position for future career acceleration.
¡ Applicant’s Skill-set Improvement: the position should accommodate relevant skill-set improvement.

¡ Applicant’s Experience and Timeline: this reflects the journey and gained knowledge and practice of the applicant.

¡ It is the phase of strategizing what sector to serve,
and what are the requirements in order to join this
sector. Choosing a path requires reflection,
perseverance, and planning. Deciding on a career
path determines the Skill Sets, the Field of
Specialization, the Required Tests, and Logistics
(income, location, etc..).
