Holder for Woodwind Instruments

This holding jig is extremely useful when you have to drill a tone hole
in a clarinet, oboe, recorder etc. It is mounted on the table of a drilling
machine and holds the instrument firmly and securely. It is adjustable in
length, so it holds instrument parts from 150mm to 360mm! The pegs 551A
are interchangeable - the conical pegs can be replaced by conical sleeves
which hold the instrument from the outside, thus minimizing the danger of splitting very thin or weak wood. Of course, you
can also place this jig on the workbench and use it as an ordinary holder, for this purpose we supply two plastic buffers which
allow you to use it for flutes, too.

Biaxial Holder for Woodwind Instruments

This biaxial holding jig makes drilling tone and key post holes, milling grooves for flat springs, etc. a lot easier for you.
It is mounted on the table of a drilling machine and holds the instrument firmly and securely.
The instrument can be moved in the longitudinal axis (x) by hand or through gear-rack-drive (a toothed wheel), by turning
the set screw it can be moved in the lateral axis (y). The movement in the lateral axis is controlled by means of a dial. A lever
locks the jig firmly in any position. Our holding jig is adjustable in length, so it holds instrument parts from 150 to 380mm.

- for instrument parts from 150mm to 380mm. Adjustable in two axes - movement in the longitudinal axis (x) by hand or
through gear-rack-drive (a toothed wheel), movement in the lateral axis (y) by turning the set screw. The movement of the
lateral axis is controlled by a dial. A lever locks the jig firmly in any position. The instrument parts are held in a 3-jaw-chuck
at the one end, the other end is held in a live centre.
The master-tube is clamped in the lower spindle, the new instrument is clamped in the upper spindle. The spindles move
