Bench Motors
Our stable bench motors with hollow shaft are of the highest quality and much valued in
the industry. One end is extended, with a hand brake and a bored drill chuck.

-505H/1- bench motor with hollow shaft, 220 V, 1/4 hp, two speeds
1400/2800 rpm, complete with bored drill chuck
(0.5–6,5mm diameter) and brake disc.

-505H/2- bench motor with hollow shaft, as above, except has speeds
700/1400 rpm.

-505A- bench motor with hollow shaft and footswitch


For on/off and clockwise/counter-clockwise,

220V, 1/4 hp, 1400/2800 rpm,
complete with bored drill chuck (0,5–6,5mm diameter)
and brake disc.

-505B- bench motor with hollow shaft, as above,


except has speeds 700/1400 rpm

Spindle
The spindle can be driven by a flywheel or can be combined with a motor.

-501- drill chuck spindle with hollow shaft, with 2 ball-bearings,


3-step disk, 3-jawed chuck with 0.5–6,5mm diameter,
clockwise or counter-clockwise running.

-505/1- replacement drill chuck for no. 501 and 505, with hollow bore.

Bench Motor with Adjustable Running Speed


-505/R- bench motor with hollow shaft, 220 V, 1/4 hp, adjustable running speed from 250 - 1300 RPM.
The combination with a revcounter allows you to work at any speed between 250 and 1300 RPM.
Low speeds enable you to perform tricky jobs like cutting threads on shafts quickly and securely.
Complete with -bored drill chuck (0.5-6,5 mm diameter), -brake disc, - footswitch
(on/off and clockwise/counter-clockwise), revcounter.

Post Drilling Jigs


Used for drilling out new posts and for drilling out old posts for oversized rods in clarinets and other wood instruments.

511A

-511A- post drilling jig, with 3 guide holders and 3 bushings, 1.6 mm diameter, 250 mm long.
The bushings are interchangeable -you can use different diameters with the same jig. (See 512A/D)
For clarinets and oboes.

Drilling Jig for Rods


Drilling jig for drilling lateral axes that got stuck in clarinets, oboes or saxophones. Interchangeable bushings.
Clamping width 5 to 55mm. Clamp screw.

Drilling Die for Key Pins


Precision made drilling die for the drilling through of flute pins.
The lower support (removable) has a milled V-block.
The drill bushings are hardened and exchangeable.

-582/1- drilling die for key pins, for drilling of rods and
tubes for the insertion of the cross-pin; complete
with 5 bushings (0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0 mm diameter),
bushings hardened and interchangeable.

-582/5- drills HSS for drilling jig no. 582/1, set of
