Dear Tom,

How are you? Hope you’re still well. Sorry for not writing sooner as I’ve been extremely busy with my
study recently.

It took me over 3 hours to arrive home after taking you to the airport. As I stopped at the coffee shop to
buy pancakes for my mom and after that I got stuck in the traffic in rush hour so I got home late.

I’m really fascinated about the photo that we took at the cinema. It was so cool as we looked like twin in
the same clothes and sneakers.

Well, I came across your watch while I was tidying up my room. It was on the bookshelf near the
television. I haven’t sent it to you as I’ve been quite busy preparing for my exam, I will definitely give it
to you next week.
I prefer to stay on your uncle’s farm in the countryside because I am an animal lover, I can get away
from it all by feeding the livestocks whenever I visit that farm. So I have time off, we can pay the farm a
visit.

“Tina was very excited when she heard that she had won the prize”. Tina is my best friend and
she has been fascinated about singing since she was a child. She always dreams of being a singer
in the future, however, she does not have a knack for singing. Though she has tried a lot to sing
well as regular as a hell, she is still disappointed about her bad voice. Once she told me about
that, I advised her not to give up her ambition even when she fails to do so. Not long after that,
she took part in a singing competition called “the voice kids”. She was really sad as she thought
she had sung badly. Many days later, she received an email from the judges of the competition.
She bursted into tears when she heard the news. She hadn’t expected the result would be like
that. It came as a shock to Tina that she won the first prize of that competition. Not only did she
feel excited, but she was also proud of herself. The judges told her that though her voice was
not good, her confidence and her love of singing made them choose her to be the winner.
