First of all, it is worth mentioning that music is perennially ubiquitous all over the world, which
is considered to be a mental imperative need of the majority of people. Music is the universal
language and emotional support, which takes part in attachment among people, no matter their
language's difference. The most prime example to explain is that when foreigners listen to a non-
mother tongue song's lyrics, it comes across as a challenge for them to understand the song's
content. But it's undeniable that they likely feel and yield emotions such as sadness, empathy,
excitement through rhythms and melodies like native ones. Furthermore, music also plays a vital
role in strengthening bonds between age groups and generations. For instance, those who have
the same tastes of music regardless of adolescents, adults, elders are likely to partake in music
forums or clubs to meet each other and share their interests. The participants can vary in ages,
biographies, occupations which appear to be unsuitable for making conversations. Hence, music
is the optimal mean for communicating when they enjoy their favorite genres of music.
Nevertheless, on the contrary, people are not always keen on the same types of music. Music is
occasionally played inappropriately in certain cases. For example, when they hang out for a
picnic or excursion, music is a fantastic way of entertaining during the trip. But when a song is
not the favorite kind that each person prefers, it leads to arguments or quarrels. Instead, it's
recommended that they can enjoy their time together through conversations, not by music.
To sum up, it is said that everything has its two sides, music is no exception. I believed that it has
a special role in connecting people no matter the ages or generations. Parallelly, some factors
need to be scrutinized and worked on in certain circumstances.
