    1. Section IV - all qualifications met

    2. Strengths :

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


    • Advanced Graduate level English fluency
    • Relevant experience in both the academe and in the professional marketing field at an
    international level for more than 15 years
    • Methodical and Milestone-Driven
    • Based in Ulaanbaatar for the duration of project duration
    • Has launched actual export of business out of Mongolia into the ASEAN region, been
    operating in the country since 2017
    • Has executed actual training modules for CPM-ASIA Certification
    • Digital savvy is flexible in terms of class execution

    3. Weaknesses

    • Only has a novice level of Mongolian language proficiency


    • Last high level training session delivered was in early 2020 before the pandemic
    • Has not taught a formal undergraduate or graduate level class since 2015
    • Typically performs better in classroom setup, will have to adjust to distance learning
    system and process
