Personnel director: Hello, Mrs./ Mr. My name is Jane Phillips. I’m the personnel director.
You : I’m pleased to meet you.
Personnel director: Please have a seat.
You : Thank you.
Personnel director: According to your resume, Tell me about your work experience!
You : I have worked for 5 years in the field of Graphic designer. My first
experience started when I was in my final semester and was accepted to work at PT. ABC as a
Graphic designer
Personnel director: I see that you have excellent references. Why are you interested in this
position as (graphic designer/Broadcaster)
You : Because I love this field and already have experience working in this
field.
Personnel director: If you could change one thing about your personality, what would it be
and why?
You : I don't think there's anything to change about my personality, because I
really understand what I'm doing
Personnel director: Where do you want to see yourself in 5 years from now?
You : I am optimistic about my job, and maybe 5 years from now I can be the
most influential person in this company
Personnel director: Do you work well under pressure
You : I'm used to working under pressure
Personnel director: How about making decision. How do you make important decision?
You : I often make decisions quickly, whether it's true or not, it can be solved
gradually
Personnel director: Why should we hire you?
You : Because I have experience in many companies and skills that are suitable
for graphic designers
Personnel director: What does success mean to you?
You : An attainment of a desire that we have intended to achieve or the ability
to pass and overcome oneself from one failure to the next without losing enthusiasm.
