STEP 1: Knowing Yourself
The first step in planning your career involves evaluating and understanding your aspirations; strengths;
interests; values and personal influences. Complete a self-assessment (you may reflect on your own,
consult a career advisor, or complete an online assessment) and record your strengths, interests, and
competencies.

Look at job advertisements in your field and record the minimum and ideal job requirements and compare
these requirements with your qualifications, skill set, and attributes.

Assistant Project manager. This position requires a college graduate in any course which is
suitable for me since I becoming a fresh graduate next year. This also required exceptional written
and oral communication abilities which I possess and also the integrity and ethics that I believe I
have. This position required strong mind and emotion because of work pressure that I know I can
manage.

STEP 3: Plan your future skills development


Write down which skills or areas of knowledge you need to develop to comply with the job requirements of
your chosen career or with different options in your field of study.

Training and Development Opportunities:

I think the written areas of skill and familiarize a wide ray of product, and brand etc. is the
knowledge and skills that I need to improve. Since I’m a fresh graduate and lack of experience.

STEP 4: Making Choices


Consider the suitability of your career options and decide (with the assistance of an advisor or mentor)
which one is the best match to your aspirations and career goals.

For me the mentor is what best match to my aspirations and career goal. Since I’m a fresh
graduate I need someone who will guide me and help me to meet my personal and professional goals.
