I brought my A game to
the team.

The most valuable contribution I made as a I made a concerted effort to get to know my team mates
team member was: and how they approached the task we had to complete and
how their learning about teams would impact their lives.
My work experiences were important in the team
environment, helping to shed light on teamwork in a
corporate environment.

In my self-assessment and Psychological Contract, I identified the following strengths and areas I wanted to
work on:
Strengths: Take Charge Personality
Areas I want to improve in: Becoming more empathetic
On this team, I demonstrated what I had In this team environment, I felt the most comfortable being
identified previously as strengths in the the facilitator as I see that as my natural style. I felt that I
following ways (give at least one example): was able to help the team members share their thoughts by
asking questions to bring out more of their comments so
that others could add on to the conversation. I felt that this
was useful in helping the team feel comfortable sharing
with one another.

On this team, I did improve in the following On Team 5, I realized that there was a lot of talent and that
areas (give at least one example): some members were more technologically inclined than
others and I learned to step back and not always have to be
in charge. It was ok for others to lead the way and my part
was to contribute as part of the group.
After this experience, I learned that I still need I will definitely still need to work on connecting others’
to work on the following skills, and I plan to do comments together so the conversation flows smoothly. I
that in the following specific way(s): also need to continue to work on letting others take charge
and not needing to control all situations.

Your Name: Allen Raya

Criterion Seldom Sometimes Often

Contributed good ideas X
Allen seemed hesitant to
share his ideas. He did
warm up towards the end
of the class. It seemed
like he was not sure how
he would be received so
he limited his comments
most of the time.
Listened to and X
respected the ideas of Allen was very respectful
others of other team members’
ideas and concepts. He
listened with interested
and tried to relate what
others were saying to
what he experienced in
his own life.
Compromised and X
cooperated Allen was cooperative
and willing to
compromise on the
assigned roles and was
willing to assist in any
way.
Came to meetings X
prepared He came prepared to all
meetings, understanding
the assignments and
ready to communicate
about them.
Communicated X
effectively with Allen was able to get his
teammates both verbally points across and
and nonverbally understood what his
teammates were saying
with ease. It did seem at
times that he had a
harder time reading social
cues.
Gave the teamwork a X
high priority and willing Allen was eager and
accepted responsibilities willing to do what was
necessary for the team.
Saw what had to be done X
and did it without Allen stepped in and
prompting or pressure started projects without
any prompting. In the
beginning, this was a little
unnerving as the team
was discussing who and
how something would be
done but he had already
gone ahead and started
it. When this was
brought to his attention,
he was able to work
together with the team to
bring everyone along with
him.
Did their share of the X
work Allen was very active in
participating and doing
his share of the team
work needed.
