Abstract

Educators must constantly seek to enhance their abilities to have a beneficial impact on

the education of their students. This article describes six activities and artifacts that instructors

can use to strengthen their material competency and address areas of weakness. Completing the

fourth and fifth TASC Model teaching standards can reflect on one's strengths and faults as a

teacher. Three fourth-grade standards and three fifth-grade standards are defined and explained in

this article, which also details the processes necessary to become a competent teacher. Due to the

ever-changing nature of technology, teaching requires continuous self-improvement. The

professional development plan's objective is to enhance the teacher's abilities and assist pupils in

learning more successfully.

The use of digital technology in the classroom and the teacher's proficiency with it are at

the heart of Norm 5(I). 'The More Technology the Better” by Li et al. (2019) was the item

unearthed. Teachers and students in EFL courses with high and low technology use are compared

in this study. It examines the benefits and drawbacks of integrating technology into the

classroom.Teachers must keep up with the ever-changing nature of technology to remain relevant

in today's fast-paced environment. Students completed the 5(I) exercise on a technological

website (Staff, 2021).

When it comes to learning fundamental knowledge norms, lesson plans are a good

example. A lesson plan is a roadmap for a teacher to tell pupils what they should be doing,

learning, and how they should be taught on a given day. Using lesson plans helps teachers get the

most out of their class time. Important components of the lesson plan are followed to ensure a

hands-on learning experience. Lesson goals, supplies, procedures, and evaluation methods are

just a few examples of what's involved in planning a lesson. To ensure that pupils are taught the

relevant material at exactly the right time, the many components of a lesson plan are essential.

Proverbs 1:5 states that an educator who seeks knowledge will eagerly share it with those

in need. The urge to study should never fade to the point of settling for basic understanding. This

perspective recognizes that students learn in unique ways. Students can reciprocate a teacher's

enthusiasm and effort by establishing classroom learning standards and tone. Finally,

professionals in this industry must have a thirst for knowledge and a drive to acquire new things

at every opportunity. This way of thinking would focus education on quality and purpose.
