According on what I've watch, the Shannon Weaver Model of Communication is the most suitable
model for me thats why I chose it. This model have sender, receiver, encoder, decoder, channel and
feedback and just like in the video on the Youtube that I've watch, the 6 elements was also there. Mr.
Bardos, the sender, calls Hellen, the receiver and also the call center girl if he can talk to Natalie. Hellen
decodes it and said that Natalie is not available for the call because she's at the meeting on that moment
and then she ask Mr. Bardos if he wants to leave a message and Mr. Bardos leaves a message for
Natalie and give his cell number to Hellen. Then, Hellen, confirms the number and also the correct
spelling of the username of Mr. Bardos and after that, their call ended.
