Exercise 1 (page 48) A small company holds
an Open Day every year with fun events to
promote the company and to raise funds for
charity. Look at the list of things that
happened at last year's Open Day. Decide if
the things are successes (S) or problems (P).

Exercise 2 (page 48) FIRST =Work in pairs. Discuss how the company could avoid
repeating the problems this year.
