CONTRACT CLEANING

This involves daily cleaning of premises. the routine includes sweeping , mopping glazing, vacuum cleaning of
carpets and dusting. The work is done & charged on a monthly basis.

ONCE -OFF DEEP CLEANING

This involves once off or periodic cleaning service, included in this service is spring cleaning from roof gutters,
ceilings, walls, floors, windows, toilets and carpet deep cleaning.
Service is dependent to the clients specific needs.

WINDOW CLEANING

This is usually on low level windows, however use of scaffolding equipment is used where windows are on high
levels. Services can be once off or on a monthly or quarterly contract basis

CONTRACTORS CLEAN UP

This involves pre-occupation spring cleaning of commercial , residential houses , buildings & after construction.
Floors, walls and window are thoroughly cleaned before occupation .

BILLBOARD CLEANING
We provide regular washing and cleaning of all billboard types including digital, vinyl and acrylic.

HOUSEKEEPING & LAUNDRY SERVICES

Light cleaning services are also provided, such as quick touch ups of dirty areas, tidying, making up beds &
washing dishes. We wash, dry and iron dirty clothing and linen.
