We are so happy to inform you that the city’s tourism has gained certain popularity, particularly to
our brothers and sisters in the Philippine Paragliding community. This is all thanks to the support you
have provided during the film shooting of “To Russia with Love” starring the leading actor Mr. Gerald
Anderson and his team MAVX Production.

The SOX Paragliding team from General Santos City would like to visit and help us advertise tourism
here in Dipolog by conducting an evaluation and assessment of possible flight and landing sites here
in our city. This will benchmark possible opportunities as this will enable Dipolog to open a official
Paragliding site here in Mindanao which would attract a wider niche for the city’s tourism.

In lieu of this , we would like to request your good office for any assistance you may give, particularly
for the accommodation of three(3) personnel during there stay here in our vicinity this September 26
to 28, 2021. Furthermore, we may ask you to exempt these individuals on the mandatory quarantine
being that their stay would not exceed 24 hrs as mandated by the current E.O. of our local
government.
