MARCHÉ COMMERCIAL
Un seul worksheet, divisé par sections et appliquant pour chacune les tarifs
définis précédemment
Nous verrons ultérieurement comment classifier ces sections dans les branches
d’assurances CIMA
VIA OIL
Un seul worksheet identique (le plus souvent)
C’est au niveau de la réassurance de la compagnie captive du pétrolier que ca
change : pour la Section 1, la captive se réassure auprès d’OIL via un taux
applicable à son bilan. Pour les autres sections, pas de changement dans la
réassurance de la captive sur le marché commercial ( si elle se réassure : elle
peut garder le risque pour elle).
