1. Disconnect connection on the Machine body.

Unscrew the fixed bolt(M5) and disconnect the Connection.

2. Disconnect water guide.

If there is foreign material on
the water guide, It must be
removed.

3. Disconnect the impeller.

Fix the wrench on the bottom cover Turn the Impeller to clockwise
middle hole's bolt. direction for loosen the impeller.

4. Disconnect the gear part assembly.

Unscrew the fixed bolt(M5).

Turn over the machine and remove the gear part.

3. Disconnect the worm gear wheel(B).

Disconnect the worm gear wheel(B).

If the worm gear wheel(B) was damaged, you can

replace it along the above procedure.

4. Disconnect the worm gear.

Worm gear shaft

Push the worm gear shaft and unscrew the worm gear's fixed
bolt(M5).

Unscrew the fixed bolt(M5) on the support.

Assemble the Impeller on the worm gear shaft.

Hold the assembled Impeller and unscrew the fixed bolt(M5).

Disassemble the nozzle case bush.

2. Disconnect the nozzle.

Turn the nozzle to counterclockwise direction for loosen

direction the nozzle.
