The sun rises at the east or the right side of the lot area,
and the sun sets at the west or the left side of the lot
area.
Wind and air quality
The wind breeze is coming from the left side of the lot
area. Moreover, northeast northeast monsoon comes
from right side however, the Southwest monsoon
comes from the left side of the area.
Noise analysis
Since the lot are is near commercial building to the east,
nuisance is from there. Also, noise comes from the
national road and the barangay road.
Project Stakeholders
Our proposed building consists of school administrators
like Mental health professionals, School nurse,
Teachers, Security guard, the Principal, school janitor,
Parents, and the kindergarten students.
On the entry point of the building, there we see a
fountain. And this fountain provides aesthetics to the
whole building. The details of the fountain include, the
Fountain attachment, cover grating, fountain basin,
cable lead out fitting, cable conduit for electrical
controls switchgear, overflow/drain line to channel,
submersible motor driven pump, and the overflow drain
fitting.
The roof of the classrooms is one of the unique
elements of the building. It includes the presence of the
Bitument compound, reinforcing material, flashing,
triangular fillet, roof cement, roof boards, the fiber glass
around it covering the area, and the artificial grass
inside.
The pergola situated in the mid-section of the building is
very functional because it gives natural light inside the
building. It has a clear polycarbonate roof, rafter, beam,
column and GI pipe.

Space Programming

Based from the room data sheet, both of the classroom

and the activity room has an area of 26.36 sqm. The
faculty has 15.55 sqm. The library has 42.57. Whereas
the cafeteria has 82.90 sqm, and the kitchen’s 5.93 sqm.
The clinic has an area of 7.70 sqm. The parent’s lounge
is 40.25 sqm. The Guard house has an area of 7.05.
Whereas the common toilet has an area of 7.04 sqm,
while the faculty has an area of 7.16 sqm. The office of
the principal has an area of 9.11 sqm and the guidance
has 8.33 sqm. Lastly, the utility room has an area of 4.84
sqm.

Interior design

The interior design of the classrooms of the building is

made for aesthetics and comfortability among users.
The comfy violet sofa inside the classrooms is perfect
for children thus it gives comfortability and safety to the
children. Beside it, there’s a mini book shelf to easily
access the books.

The unique shaped table with drawers in the activity

room is very functional because the children can do
anything with it.

Moreover, the design of the tables and chairs are made

for the kids because the design suits them very well.
